Role Overview
">We are seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team in Berlin, Germany. As a key member of our advertising department, you will support advertisers in maximizing the success of their social media campaigns.

">This role involves leveraging your expertise in social media marketing to assist advertisers with campaign strategies, budget optimization, and performance insights. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Providing guidance on using social media marketing tools to achieve business objectives;">
- Analyzing and evaluating social media advertising metrics to track effectiveness;">
- Making both inbound and outbound calls with advertisers, advising on their advertisements and budget allocations;">
- Collaborating with customers to understand and implement effective sales funnel strategies;">
- Identifying trends and potential issues early, applying innovative ideas to enhance advertising campaigns;">
What We Offer
">We offer a competitive salary of €2,750 per month gross, plus a performance bonus of up to €687.50 monthly. You will also receive an attendance bonus of €40 per month. Our contract is for an initial 1-year period with a 4-month probation period, and there is an option to extend. Working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM.
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you must already reside in the Berlin area and be fluent in Czech and proficient in English. A comprehensive 4-week onboarding program is included in the training.
