Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Strategist to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for many customers, setting the foundation for long-term relationships. You will lead the sales strategy, overcome objections, and negotiate success. Your daily work will include tasks such as:

  • Engaging with small and medium businesses across industries, company sizes, and types to determine their needs and identify opportunities to fulfill their needs with our leading cloud technologies
  • Positioning competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences
  • Demonstrating verbally and in writing how customers can capture value and envision their future with our technologies
  • Effectively turning prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through different criteria
  • Leveraging social, digital, video, chat, phone, and demonstration environments to effectively reach, sell to, and manage customers

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in sales and account management or customer management
  • Minimum 1 year IT industry experience required
  • A good understanding and level of computer handling skills
  • Experience working with or selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions preferred
  • Microsoft Fundamentals certification on Azure/Modern Workplace/BizApps is preferred

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
