About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Growth Strategist to join our team at Raw Igaming Ltd. Based in Malaga, Spain, this is a unique opportunity to work alongside an elite team led by industry experts.

As a Customer Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for building and managing strong operator and partner relationships to maximize profits. You will work closely with internal colleagues, support teams, and management to enhance the customer journey and drive revenue growth through strategic recommendations.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of account management experience, preferably in the iGaming industry. A genuine passion for quality deliveries, high attention to detail, and the ability to communicate enthusiasm and engagement are essential qualities for this role.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Billing strong relationships, rapport, and retention with customers">
  • Developing strong connections with key business executives and stakeholders">
  • Collaborating with internal colleagues, support teams, and management to enhance the customer journey">
  • Delivering KPIs, metrics, and detailed status reports to management">
  • Managing customer requests and needs effectively">
  • Sharing knowledge within the team and fostering an open and creative work environment">
