Job Overview:
At Job Squad, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Strategist to join our team. As a key player in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to ensure seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional first impressions and setting the foundation for long-term relationships.
- Lead sales strategy, overcome objections, and negotiate successful outcomes with customers.
- Engage with small and medium businesses to determine their needs and identify opportunities to fulfill them with our leading cloud technologies.
- Position competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences.
Ideal Candidate:
- Fluency in English (B2) is a must, with native-level proficiency in Norwegian also preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and account management or customer management required, with at least 1 year of IT industry experience.
- Strong understanding and computer handling skills are essential.
