As a Customer Experience Strategist for Multinational Clients, you will play a vital role in overseeing the entire customer lifecycle. This includes onboarding new clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and engagement, and driving customer loyalty.
Main Responsibilities- Client Onboarding and Retention: Develop strategies to onboard new clients efficiently, ensuring seamless transitions and timely issue resolution.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive long-term growth.
- Talent Development: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to enhance the customer experience and streamline processes.
- Linguistic Proficiency: Native Dutch speaker with B2 level proficiency in English.
- Experience: Proven experience in customer relationship management or account management.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
