**About the Role**
We are seeking a skilled Digital Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Snaphunt, a global provider of innovative human experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for you to leverage your sales and customer management expertise to drive business growth and deliver exceptional results.
**Responsibilities**
As a Digital Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships from initial contact to long-term retention. Your primary focus will be on strategy and execution of end-to-end customer lifecycle management, ensuring seamless interactions across various touchpoints.
Some key tasks include:
- Being the first point of contact for customers, delivering a strong first impression and setting the foundation for lasting relationships.
- Leading sales strategies, overcoming objections, and negotiating success through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Engaging with small and medium-sized businesses across various industries to identify their needs and opportunities for growth.
- Positioning competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences, highlighting the value proposition of Microsoft's technologies.
- Effectively turning prospects and qualified leads into revenue pipelines by filtering them through relevant criteria, such as BANT (budget, authority, need, and timeline).
**Requirements**
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A native level of Norwegian language proficiency and fluency in English (B2).
- At least 1 year of experience in sales and account management or customer management, with a minimum of 1 year in the IT industry.
- Good understanding and level of computer handling skills, with experience working with or selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, including retail sales, corporate internships, or entrepreneurial programs.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a service-oriented, professional, and thorough approach.
**What We Offer**
In addition to a competitive salary of around $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, we provide:
- An attractive relocation package, including flight and accommodation assistance.

- Two to three weeks of paid training and opportunities to grow within the company.
- Work shifts from Monday to Friday between 09:00 - 18:00, maintaining a healthy work-life balance with weekends off.
