You are a Danish-speaking sales professional seeking a new opportunity to leverage your skills in customer-facing roles. This position is ideal for you if you have experience in B2B sales, IT industry knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

The role:

As a Danish Customer Success Manager for Cloud Technologies, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, responsible for executing engagement strategies and driving partner hand-offs. You will bring in specialists as needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first contact point for customers, delivering a strong first impression and setting the foundation for long-term customer relationships.
  • Quarterback sales from lead to purchase, leading the sales strategy, overcoming objections, and negotiating success.
  • Engage with small and medium-sized businesses across various industries to determine their needs and identify opportunities to fulfill those needs with our client's leading cloud technologies.
  • O bsess over customers and prospects to deliver world-class customer engagement experiences.
  • S ecture customer: Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities collaborating with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers.
  • E ffectively turn prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through different criteria, e.g., BANT (budget, authority, need, and timeline).
  • M et and exceed targets for net-new revenue and sales pipeline; accurately forecast sales, pipeline, and usage for the products and solutions in scope.
  • Leverage social, digital, video, chat, phone, and demonstration environments to effectively reach, sell to, and manage customers.
