Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service and Operations Specialist to join our team at Madison Express. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for processing orders, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring timely deliveries. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will enable you to cultivate strong relationships with our customers, providing accurate quotes and managing returns. Additionally, you will contribute to business growth by driving profitable outcomes through exceptional service and efficient operations.
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum
