Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and tech-savvy Customer Service Specialist with fluent Turkish and good English skills to join our client's team in Sofia, Bulgaria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls, chats, and emails to resolve customer service issues, as well as supporting and collaborating with the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails to resolve customer service issues
  • Follow procedures to escalate inquiries when needed
  • Inform customers about products and services
  • Use multiple systems to update records accurately
  • Support and collaborate with the team
Requirements
  • Fluent in Turkish (C1) and good English (B2)
  • Contact center or customer service experience is a plus
  • Quick to adapt to new products, processes, and tech
  • Reliable with good attendance and time management
  • Computer literate
