In our Manchester office, we have an exciting opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves providing outstanding customer service and resolving queries at first point of contact.
Job DescriptionThis is a hybrid role that requires you to work from the Manchester office 2 days per week. During the training period (6 weeks), you will be required to work 3 days per week in the office. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound enquiries across various channels, including telephone and email
- Assisting with travel arrangements, booking conference rooms and other administrative duties
- Collaborating with internal team members to ensure the enquiry is handled in the best possible way
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a reliable, customer-oriented individual who has a positive can-do attitude with excellent German language skills. Technical proficiency is a plus.
You will be required to be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative, Customer Service Advisor, Client Service Executive, Customer Support Specialist or Customer Care Coordinator is essential.
