About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Dedicated German Language Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Manchester. As a valued member of our client's team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to clients across various channels, including telephone and email.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound enquiries from clients with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, book conference rooms, and perform other administrative duties as required.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure that client enquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.

About You: To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent German language skills, both written and spoken. Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role is highly desirable. You will also be required to work from our Manchester office for 2 days per week and be available for training periods.

Requirements:

  • To be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably with excellent communication and listening skills.
  • A team player who enjoys interacting with people and is willing to adapt to changing situations.

Benefits: This role offers an attractive salary package, including a competitive annual salary of approximately £25,000-£30,000, depending on experience. The company provides excellent opportunities for career progression and a dynamic working environment.

Working Arrangements: The successful candidate will be required to work from our Manchester office for 2 days per week, with flexible working hours to accommodate the needs of the business. During the initial training period, you will be required to work 3 days per week in the office.
