Norwegian Language Supervisor Role for Customer Service Team

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Norwegian speaking customer service supervisor to join our team at Language Matters. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of customer service representatives who communicate with clients in Norwegian.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate a team of customer service representatives
- Monitor and guide team performance to ensure high-quality customer service
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team and ensure they are achieved
Requirements:
- Norwegian language proficiency as a native speaker
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Previous experience as a team leader or supervisor in a customer service environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
