Job Title: Customer Service Team Lead - Norwegian Language Expert
Location: Daventry or Dunton, UK
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Language Matters. As a seasoned professional in customer service, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Norwegian speaking customer service representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coach a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team and monitor progress
- Provide feedback and coaching to employees to improve performance
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in customer service leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of the Norwegian language and culture.
Requirements:
- Native-level fluency in Norwegian and excellent written and spoken English
- Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Manager in a customer service environment
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Able to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
