Job Title: Customer Service Team Lead - Norwegian Language Expert
Location: Daventry or Dunton, UK
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Language Matters. As a seasoned professional in customer service, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Norwegian speaking customer service representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and coach a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction
  2. Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  3. Liaise with internal stakeholders to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  4. Set clear goals and objectives for the team and monitor progress
  5. Provide feedback and coaching to employees to improve performance

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in customer service leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of the Norwegian language and culture.

Requirements:

  • Native-level fluency in Norwegian and excellent written and spoken English
  • Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Manager in a customer service environment
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Able to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
