Sales Team Lead

• Inspire and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, both in-store and virtually, and achieve sales goals.
• Collaborate with the Management Team to train and develop the store team, including onboarding new joiners.
• Provide feedback to support the Management Team in evaluating and boosting the performance of each team member.
• Ensure store image and grooming standards align with brand policy and role model company behaviors.
• Lead a team to prioritize exceptional customer experiences, driving loyalty and repeat business in-store and through Virtual Shopping.
• Proactively manage client relationships, utilizing all available tools and channels to increase sales.
• Maintain floor presence, leading by example through elevated customer experiences and Service Leading.
• Provide coaching and support to resolve customer service issues, empowering the team to make decisions in the customer's best interest.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, holding self and team accountable for results.
• Analyze reports, develop action plans to ensure expectations are met or exceeded, and track business results and opportunities.
• Support the Management Team to ensure store maintenance and auditing align with brand standards.
• Assume responsibility for loss prevention, taking quick action on early indications, and collaborating with SM, ASM, and LPRM.
• Collaborate with DVM to implement and maintain visual merchandising directives and execute effective strategies.
• Ensure all company communication platforms are used effectively.
• Highlight the importance of leveraging technology for inventory management, sales analysis, and customer engagement.
• Requirements:
• Relevant retail and management experience, preferably with a fast-paced retailer.
• Proficiency in technology, knowledge of leveraging technology to drive sales and customer experiences.
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, maintaining a positive attitude and Speed, Energy, and Optimism.
• Proficiency in Retail Math, KPIs, and Microsoft Office.
