About the Role

Holidu is a leading travel tech company, and we're looking for a seasoned Sales Team Lead to join our team in Eastern Andalucía. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our vacation rental portfolio in the area, acquiring new partners, and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high-performing sales and account management team for Eastern Andalucía.
  • Be directly responsible for growing our vacation rental portfolio in the area, acquiring new partners, and building long-term relationships.
  • Train and coach the sales and account management team, and foster team spirit through motivational initiatives to reach area targets.
  • Be responsible for the achievement of our ambitious targets.
  • Manage and optimize our existing portfolio of accounts, taking personal responsibility for our largest customers.
  • Continue building the brand of Holidu in Eastern Andalucía.
  • Work together with the Country Lead and provide feedback to improve our product, streamline procedures, and create best practices.
  • Regularly go on customer visits together with your team members.
Requirements
  • A seller personality with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • A successful track record in sales and/or account management with proven experience in achieving and overachieving targets.
  • Natural leadership skills with a keen ability to mentor, coach, and motivate team members.
  • Very analytical and data-driven mindset to continuously optimize your team's approach.
  • A hungry but humble personality, setting yourself ambitious targets while always trying to improve.
  • Previous experience in recruiting and managing best-in-class talent is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a fast-growing, e-commerce, tech, and/or travel company is a plus.
  • Near native Spanish and fluent English skills.
