Job Title: Norwegian Customer Service Team LeadLocationThe successful candidate will be required to work from either Daventry or Basildon offices, with the option to work from home four days a week and some weeks fully remote depending on the arrangement agreed upon.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual with strong leadership skills and excellent Norwegian language abilities to join our team as a Norwegian Customer Service Team Lead. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in supervising and motivating teams, with a proven track record of achieving desired outcomes.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring, guiding, coaching, developing, and motivating your team members to ensure they meet their objectives
- Assisting with employee onboarding and providing training to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Setting clear KPIs and objectives and ensuring they are achieved by your team
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualities and qualifications:
- Native-level proficiency in Norwegian and fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Manager in a customer service environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to provide guidance and direction to your team
- Able to commute to Daventry or Basildon one day a week

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be between £40,000-£55,000 depending on experience.
