Customer-centric professionals with exceptional leadership skills in Swedish are invited to drive team performance in Riga, Latvia. Our client represents a global FinTech company with a strong presence in 90 countries, supporting 988 customers worldwide. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Motivating Team Members

  1. Motivate, develop, and mentor team members in a dynamic environment
  2. Drive process performance to achieve and exceed SLA deliverables

Client Engagement

  1. Lead and deliver complex client engagements that help identify, design, and implement creative business solutions
  2. Provide excellent customer service and determine the needs of the client

Quality Management

  1. Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and manage team relationships effectively
  2. Manage Shrinkage, Productivity, and control attrition

Operational Efficiency

  1. Understand processes run by the team and bring in improvements and efficiencies within operations
  2. Create a mode of operations to maintain good routine and orderliness

Communication and Collaboration

  1. Conduct Team Huddles to discuss process updates, feedback, and key focus points for the day
  2. Answer and manage client queries/complaints, rectify issues, and liaise with appropriate departments

Training and Development

  1. Mentor the team in process & quality parameters
  2. Perform Root Cause Analysis to identify key AFIs and create action plans/goals to improve

Requirements

  1. Near native (CEFR level C1) or native Swedish language and manageable English skills (B1+ or better)
  2. At least 1-2 years' experience as customer service Team Lead
  3. Excellent people management skills, computer literacy, and strong communication and customer service skills
