Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Team Leader to motivate, develop, and mentor team members in a dynamically changing environment. The successful candidate will drive process performance to achieve and exceed SLA deliverables, lead complex client engagements, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Motivate and develop team members to achieve high levels of performance and productivity
  • Lead and deliver complex client engagements to identify, design, and implement creative business solutions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and determine the needs of clients
  • Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and manage team relationships effectively
  • Manage Shrinkage, Productivity, and control attrition
  • Manage dips in performance with adequate reinforcement plans proactively
  • People management and associated responsibilities like performance and development management
  • Communicate well and manage relationships with internal and external contacts
Requirements:
  • Candidates should have near native (CEFR level C1) or native Swedish language skills and manageable English skills (B1+ or better)
  • At least 1-2 years' experience as a customer service Team Lead
  • Computer literate with a minimum typing skill of 30 wpm with 90% accuracy
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Good experience in MS Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to drive initiatives in the team with creativity and a long-term vision
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is approximately €45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, our client offers a range of benefits, including a customized working schedule, comprehensive training, and opportunities for career growth.
