About the Job:
In this key leadership role, you will oversee recruitment operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in meeting placement targets. You'll optimize processes around CRM systems, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and analyze recruitment metrics to implement strategies that improve key performance indicators such as candidate placement rates and team utilization. Your goal is to be a visible leader, inspiring enthusiasm and fostering a positive high-performance culture while ensuring that our recruitment operations align with our vision and goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead, develop, and inspire the recruitment team to achieve commercial outcomes and team development
* Oversee recruitment operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in meeting placement targets
* Optimize processes around CRM systems, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
* Analyze recruitment metrics, review performance data, and implement strategies to improve key performance indicators such as candidate placement rates and team utilization
We Offer:
A competitive salary of approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus the possibility to purchase equity & options and be part of the value creation you help drive.
