Cloud Solution Specialist for Swedish Speaking Markets

About the Role: David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company to recruit a Customer Lifecycle Manager for their Málaga office. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for cloud-based solutions.
Job Summary: As a Cloud Solution Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer engagement experience, securing customer wins for cloud, and maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
About You: To succeed in this role, you should have native or fluent Swedish language skills (C1 level), strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, and at least 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles. Additionally, you should have experience with modern sales techniques, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and presentations.
Responsibilities:
- Be the first contact point for many customers, deliver a strong first impression, and set the foundation for long-term customer relationships.
- Quarterback sales from lead to purchase and be the main point of contact for our client's customers, leading the sales strategy, overcoming objections, and negotiating success.
- Engage with small and medium businesses across industries, company sizes, and types to determine their needs and identify opportunities to fulfill their needs with leading cloud technologies.
- Obsess over customers and prospects to deliver a world-class customer engagement experience.
- Secure customer wins for cloud, maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and collaborate with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers.
- Position competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences.
- Demonstrate verbally and in writing how customers can capture value and envision their future with Microsoft technologies.
- Effectively turn prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through different criteria.
- Meet and exceed targets for net-new revenue and sales pipeline accurately forecast sales, pipeline, and usage for the products and solutions in scope.
- Leverage social, digital, video, chat, phone, and demonstration environments to effectively reach, sell to, and manage customers.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in Swedish (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles with a proven track record of success.
- Experience in account or customer management, familiarity with modern sales techniques, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and presentations.
- Experience with cloud-based solutions or similar technologies is a plus.
