Job Description:
In this role, you will drive sales opportunities with a deep understanding of cloud solutions, effectively communicating value propositions and differentiators that align with customer business objectives and IT initiatives. Your primary focus will be on demonstrating and delivering cloud-based solutions, securing new customer wins, and maximizing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure new customer wins for cloud solutions, collaborating with the Sales Agent and Partner Connection Manager to maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Presentation of cloud solution value propositions and differentiation, aligning them with customer business objectives using specialized solution selling techniques.
- Technical product overviews and insights pertinent to customer needs and usage scenarios.
- Enhance technical acumen by delivering innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud.
- Comparison of competitive offerings in the context of customer needs and experiences.
- Audit and confirm implementation requirements and pricing calculations, ensuring accurate projections of anticipated costs.
- Demonstration of technical and business solutions to customers via virtual platforms.
- Conduct quick technical feasibility assessments and proposal developments for identified solutions.
- Achieve advanced knowledge of cloud offerings, leveraging comprehensive training resources with certifications as needed.
- Serve as the key technical contact for the telesales team with potential customers.
- Deliver group and one-on-one training on specialty subjects.
- Meet and exceed team-level monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for net-new revenue and sales pipeline, along with operational metrics.
- Stay informed on the latest cloud capabilities and pricing developments for both company and competitors.
Requirements:
- 3-6+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience, preferably in a technical sales or pre-sales environment.
- Broad knowledge and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communication solutions.
- Demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance as they relate to cloud and hybrid solutions.
- Understanding of cloud deployment and adoption planning.
- Experience with designing, migrating, and managing cloud-based productivity, collaboration, and communications solutions.
- Deep understanding and passion for cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred, especially in computer science, mathematics, or engineering.
- Proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals.
- Self-motivated to independently grow technical knowledge.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) for success in customer-facing roles.
- Ability to explain complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences, linking technological solutions to measurable business value.

Language Skills:
- English: Intermediate or Fluent (verbal and written)
- Supported Market Language: Fluent or Native in Dutch (verbal and written)
