We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Next Job Abroad. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and creating positive experiences for our clients' customers.
About the Role:The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to think quickly on their feet, and provide solutions with a calm and professional approach. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to deliver personalized and customized support.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Document and record all activity and communication with customers in our client database.
- Attend technical and soft skills training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.
- Candidate must have a passion for delivering exceptional service and creating positive experiences for every customer.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and provide solutions with a calm and professional approach.
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or support.
- Fluent in Swedish and Finnish, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively and with empathy on all required channels.
- Computer-literate and proficient in using software applications.
- A competitive salary of €40,000 - €50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
