About the Role: We're seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Bulgaria. As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues with customers and providing exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology products and services to provide expert-level support
Requirements:
- 6 months of technical support and troubleshooting experience
- Basic knowledge of computer software and hardware
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French-English
