Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Advertiser Support Specialist to join our team at Recruitment Direct. As an Advertisers Support Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth experience of small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) that use our platforms to advertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Interaction: Respond to SMB clients across multiple channels – live chat, email, and phone. Outbound calls are required for emails and recommended for chat to ensure all inquiries are resolved promptly.
- Pre- and Post-Sales Support: Assist clients with self-service ad products, offering support both before and after the sale to maximize ad effectiveness.
- Product Expertise: Help clients understand and leverage the tools and features for a better advertising experience.
- Problem Solving: Identify trends, troubleshoot, and resolve issues affecting multiple SMB clients, improving client satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Fluency in Polish and English with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Customer Service Focus: A natural problem-solver with a commitment to providing high-quality support.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable navigating digital advertising tools and troubleshooting common technical issues.
- Multitasker: Capable of handling multiple channels and queries effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: The estimated monthly gross salary for this position is €1,040 per month, which includes free accommodation in a private room in shared housing. Without accommodation, the monthly gross salary would be €1,295.
