Job Description

As a Patient Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our mission by providing exceptional support to patients and doctors using our platform.

  • Respond promptly to patient inquiries via telephone, chat, or ticketing system.
  • Handle and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Evaluate information to handle product and service inquiries.
  • Set up new customer accounts and deliver remote training to ensure seamless adoption of our product.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes and direct requests to designated resources when necessary.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, as well as relevant computer applications.
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
  • The ability to work comfortably with computers and IT systems.
  • A problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • The ability to integrate into a team and balance autonomy with teamwork.
