About the RoleThis is a temporary position covering the busy Christmas period, with the potential for extension to a permanent role in the new year. As a French Language Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to French-speaking clients, handling product enquiries, updating order databases, and assisting with returns and complaints.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of £25,500 per annum, plus benefits that make this role truly special. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm, and you'll enjoy a great work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities- Assist French and English speaking clients with product enquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Update and maintain the order database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Provide support to clients registering online and processing orders through the website.
- Handle returns and complaints via email and phone, escalating any issues to relevant departments.
- Liaise with the fulfilment team to ensure seamless delivery.
- Convert customer enquiries into sales opportunities, upselling products where possible.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent English language skills.
- Fluency in French.
