Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Customer Acquisition Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets for net-new revenue and sales pipeline. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to driving business growth, building strong relationships with customers, and identifying new opportunities for cloud-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets for net-new revenue and sales pipeline
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities to fulfill them with cloud technologies (preliminary focused on Microsoft cloud technologies)
- Lead the sales strategy, overcome objections, and negotiate success for cloud-based solutions
- Collaborate with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers to maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
- Position competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences
- Effectively turn prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through different criteria
- Meet and exceed targets for net-new revenue and sales pipeline; accurately forecast sales, pipeline, and usage for the products and solutions in scope
- Leverage social, digital, video, chat, phone, and demonstration environments to effectively reach, sell to, and manage customers
- Collect feedback from customers and articulate it back to the business
Requirements
- Native or fluent in Swedish (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
- 2-3+ years in sales or customer-facing roles with a proven track record of success
- At least 1 year in a relevant industry with experience in account or customer management
- Familiarity with modern sales techniques, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and presentations
- Experience with cloud-based solutions or similar technologies is a plus
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of performance, and continuously improve skills
- Achievement-oriented with a focus on exceeding targets and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable using office software and CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Office, Salesforce)
- Interest in emerging technologies and their impact
