About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Global Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our B2B clients around the world. Your primary duties will include handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms, as well as assisting customers with booking and rebooking flights using Amadeus. You will also be responsible for ensuring timely call resolution while maintaining the highest level of quality support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all support requests related to travel bookings and rebookings for Business customers
- Make new flight reservations in Amadeus and modify existing reservations as needed
- Ensure accurate logging of all interactions via Client's Contact Management System
- Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and other partners
- Escalate issues to the appropriate department according to Client's Procedures
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a professional demeanor. You should have a good understanding of computer handling skills and experience working with GDS systems, such as Amadeus. Additionally, you should be fluent in English (B2) and speak Norwegian at a native level.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of €45,000 - €55,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. Other benefits include a relocation package, paid education program, web health program initiative, and Spanish contract with all benefits. Location
