About the Role

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and ambitious professional with excellent German language skills. You will be responsible for developing the German-speaking market by turning prospects into clients, maintaining and growing existing accounts, and identifying future growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the German-speaking market.
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Identify new business opportunities and turn leads into clients.
  • Sell IT equipment B2B worldwide and negotiate independently for your own deals.
  • Build and manage relationships with clients, entering sales activities in our CRM and constantly communicating with your team.

Requirements:

  • Excellent German language skills in speaking and writing.
  • Able to work hard to reach targets and not afraid of the phone or social media.
  • A true team player who enjoys learning and sharing ideas to improve the company.

What We Offer

  • An estimated annual salary of approximately €60,000 - €80,000 depending on experience, plus uncapped bonus potential.
