Job Description

As a Sales Development Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our partners. Your primary goal will be to establish strong relationships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and deliver tailored solutions to meet their needs.

You will be the first point of contact for ISVs, setting the tone for long-term partnerships. To achieve this, you will need to define clear call tracks, focus on specific offerings, and execute a structured multi-channel outreach strategy.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Positioning competitive offerings in the context of customer needs and experiences
  • Collecting feedback from customers and articulating it back to the business
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency or bilingualism in English
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, IT, Marketing, or a related field
  • A minimum of 2 years (+) sales and marketing experience, 1 year (+) account management experience, and 1 year (+) IT industry experience
  • Strong sales skills, including modern selling techniques and core messaging strategy execution
  • Ability to accurately document call outcomes and notes
  • Familiarity with basic productivity tools (Outlook, O365, web conferencing tools) and experience using CRM systems
  • Basic understanding of target industries and ability to deliver provided messaging on solutions
