As Virtuagym continues to grow, we are seeking a skilled Customer Success Operations Strategist to join our team. This full-time, remote position based in Spain will play a key role in driving efficiency, digitalization, and automation across our global teams.

About the Role

You will be the owner of our CS tech stack and operational-related workflows/designs, working closely with multiple departments to ensure seamless customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and troubleshooting CRM/product/data analytics issues, escalating for further fixes and tracking progress.
  • Providing strategic recommendations to improve our business model and aligning with CS management.
  • Conducting deep data dives to identify customer experience improvement opportunities and implementing solutions.
  • Reporting on past results, renewals forecast, and trend analysis to CS management and executives.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong technical affinity, excellent collaboration skills, and 1+ years of experience administering a CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.). Working knowledge of BI tools (Domo, PowerBI, etc.) is a plus.

Requirements

We are looking for a BSc or MSc holder in Business or Technical Studies (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, etc.) with a passion for constantly learning about the latest technologies and AI/Generative AI.

Benefits
