David Kennedy Recruitment is a leading recruitment agency partnering with a prominent Outsourcing/BPO company to find a highly skilled Swedish speaking Customer Lifecycle Manager for their office in Málaga, Spain.

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to join our client's team as a Customer Lifecycle Manager. As the first point of contact for customers, you will deliver a strong first impression and set the foundation for long-term customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Be the main point of contact for customers, leading sales strategies, overcoming objections, and negotiating success

* Engage with small and medium-sized businesses across various industries to determine their needs and identify opportunities to fulfill them with leading cloud technologies (initially focused on Microsoft cloud technologies)

* Obsess over customers and prospects to deliver a world-class customer engagement experience

* Secure customer wins for cloud: Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by collaborating with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers (initially focused on Microsoft cloud solutions)

* Position competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences

* Demonstrate verbally and in writing how customers can capture value and envision their future with Microsoft technologies

* Effectively turn prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through different criteria

* Meet and exceed targets for net-new revenue and sales pipeline accurately forecast sales, pipeline, and usage for the products and solutions in scope

* Leverage social, digital, video, chat, phone, and demonstration environments to effectively reach, sell to, and manage customers

**Requirements:**

* Native or fluent in Swedish (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication

* 2-3+ years in sales or customer-facing roles with a proven track record of success

* At least 1 year in a relevant industry with experience in account or customer management

* Familiarity with modern sales techniques, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and presentations

* Experience with cloud-based solutions or similar technologies is a plus

* Ability to work independently, take ownership of performance, and continuously improve skills

* Achievement-oriented with a focus on exceeding targets and collaborating with cross-functional teams

* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

* Comfortable using office software and CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Office, Salesforce)
