Job Description
As a Customer Lifecycle Manager at our client's Málaga office, you will be the first point of contact for many customers, delivering a strong first impression and setting the foundation for long-term customer relationships.
You will quarterback sales from lead to purchase, leading the sales strategy, overcoming objections, and negotiating success. Your expertise will engage small and medium businesses across industries, company sizes, and types to determine their needs and identify opportunities to fulfill them with leading cloud technologies.
Your focus will be on obsessing over customers and prospects to deliver a world-class customer engagement experience. You will secure customer wins for cloud, maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and position competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Effectively turn prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through different criteria.
- Meet and exceed targets for net-new revenue and sales pipeline; accurately forecast sales, pipeline, and usage for the products and solutions in scope.
- Leverage social, digital, video, chat, phone, and demonstration environments to effectively reach, sell to, and manage customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Native or fluent Finnish (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- 2-3+ years in sales or customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of success.
- At least 1 year in a relevant industry, with experience in account or customer management.
