We offer an attractive salary package with a competitive base salary of $80,000 per annum, along with additional performance bonuses.
Job Description
As a Customer Lifecycle Growth Specialist, you will have a customer-facing role. You will be in charge of strategy and execution of end-to-end customer lifecycle management - this means engaging customers from the very first point of contact to retention and renewal initiatives.
The important aspect of your role is to maintain and develop our loyal and happy customer base by delivering strong first impressions, leading sales strategies, overcoming objections, negotiating success, and leveraging various communication channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications
You should speak and write Dutch at a native level and be fluent in English (B2). A minimum of 1 year experience in sales and account management or customer management is required, along with a good understanding of computer handling skills and familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools.
Experience working with or selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions is preferred. Microsoft Fundamentals certification on Azure/Modern Workplace/BizApps is also highly valued.
