International Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a driven and ambitious International Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at SD Worx.
Job Overview:
To support our international growth ambitions, we are expanding our sales team and looking for a talented individual to generate and deliver qualified leads for our SME and MM international sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and success story of our international business within SD Worx.
You will be responsible for proactively generating new business opportunities that will be converted into deals by your sales colleagues.
Your Key Responsibilities- Customer Mapping: Analyze and map existing customers within local markets to uncover international growth potential.
- Identify Cross-Sell and Upsell Opportunities: Identify and target potential customers in the international payroll and HR sectors.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Proactively generate new business opportunities using a variety of channels and tooling including phone, email, social media, and networking events.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and qualify leads through the sales pipeline.
- CRM Management: Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage communications, and provide accurate forecasting and reporting.
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual with a strong background in sales development and lead generation.
You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales development and lead generation, preferably in B2B sales environments, preferably in HR, payroll, or SaaS sales.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales development and lead generation.
- Prior experience in a B2B sales environment, preferably in HR, payroll, or SaaS sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage with potential customers and articulate value propositions clearly.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with customer relationship management software (Salesforce) to manage leads, sales activities, and reporting.
- Sales Expertise: Knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
- Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple leads at once.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and preferably advanced level in 2 other additional languages (French, German, Dutch or Spanish).

About the Role:
The estimated salary for this role is between €50,000 - €70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
This role is based in Europe and involves frequent travel to meet with clients and partners.
