We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in Malaga. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by collaborating with clients to optimize their sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts to drive business growth and identify new sales opportunities.
- Deliver clear and professional presentations of products and services tailored to client needs.
- Address objections with confidence and develop creative solutions to drive client success.
- Manage and track the sales pipeline, providing regular updates and performance insights.
- Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Effectively manage email correspondence related to client inquiries and commercial matters.
- Fluency in Flemish (C2 level) and English (C1 level).
- EU citizenship or Spanish residency card.
- Minimum one year of experience in sales, particularly inbound and/or outbound sales.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Passion for sales and client relationships.
- Drive to learn and grow in the industry.
