Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of €85,000 per year, plus a bonus of up to €15,000. Additionally, you will enjoy full-time working hours, with opportunities for career advancement and professional development.

Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding customer needs and preferences through effective communication and negotiation
  • Creating and updating leads, sales, and customer information in our CRM system
  • Responding to customer inquiries, emails, and web contacts in a timely and professional manner
  • Achieving sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A native level of Norwegian and proficient English language skills
  • A minimum of 6 months of B2B sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong customer negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure
