A global leader in customer experience solutions, with over 75,000 multilingual employees across 50 countries, is seeking a Sales Growth Specialist to join their team in Malaga. Founded by two French entrepreneurs in 2000, the company has established itself as a pioneer in providing innovative solutions to leading brands worldwide.
Job Description
This role involves providing expert assistance to clients and partners through consultative account management. You will develop business environments for sustained growth on existing accounts, create and maintain relationships to ensure long-term visibility, and identify new sales opportunities within the portfolio of accounts. Your key responsibilities include driving benefit through proactive administration, tracking, managing, and reporting ongoing activity relative to the sales pipeline, responding to client or partner calls, and consistently achieving and exceeding KPIs.
Salary and Benefits
You can expect a salary of €18,000 gross per year, plus up to €4,000 gross per year in bonus. Additionally, you will receive a relocation package, discounts with our partners, free after-work activities, an open-minded and employee-oriented working environment, career development opportunities, and a new and modern office location in Malaga.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a native level of Swedish and a good level of English, previous experience in B2B Sales, and working with channel. You must be achievement and goal-oriented, an attentive listener, comfortable and skilled at communicating with people, energetic, innovative, and working proactively at a fast pace. You should also be excited about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle, and be willing to relocate to Malaga for an international career and life experience.
