We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at Empresa Reconocida in Málaga, Spain. This is a full-time position with a base salary of €60,000 per year + bonus.

About the Role

This role involves managing partner forecasting and performance by tracking tools, as well as responsible for partner pipeline management, identifying new opportunities and driving successful and profitable closure of deals. You will also be responsible for developing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and ensuring partners take advantage of promotions, events & programs.

Responsibilities
  • Manage partner forecasting and performance using tracking tools
  • Responsible for partner pipeline management, identifying new opportunities and driving successful and profitable closure of deals
  • Develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Educate partner sales force on products and solutions
  • Ensure partners take advantage of promotions, events & programs
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Professionally fluent in Swedish, both oral and written
  • Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
  • Minimum of 2 years' related technical sales experience
  • Experience in working in Channel environment, knowledge of partners and distributors is considered an advantage
  • Familiar with channel programs
  • Solid knowledge of sales CRMs, Microsoft Office package
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills (both oral and written)
