Job Title: Strategic Customer Growth Specialist
Overview of the Role:The successful candidate will have a customer-facing role with responsibilities including strategy and execution of end-to-end customer lifecycle management. This involves engaging customers from the initial point of contact to retention and renewal initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver a strong first impression and set the foundation for long-term customer relationships as the primary point of contact for many customers.
- Lead sales strategies, overcome objections, and negotiate success in a customer-facing environment.
- Engage with small and medium-sized businesses across various industries to determine their needs and identify opportunities to fulfill them using leading cloud technologies.
To be successful in this role, you must speak and write Dutch at a native level, be fluent in English (B2), and have a minimum of 1 year's experience in sales and account management or customer management. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of computer handling skills and at least 1 year's experience in the IT industry. Experience working with Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions is preferred, along with Microsoft Fundamentals certification on Azure/Modern Workplace/BizApps.
Desirable Skills:You should possess excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, including experience from retail sales, corporate internships, or entrepreneurial programs. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with being service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
Benefits and Salary:This position offers an attractive salary of approximately $120,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the company's compensation structure. In addition to the salary, you will also receive a comprehensive relocation package, performance bonuses, discounts on gym and language courses, 2-3 weeks of paid training, and the possibility to grow within the company. Work shifts are typically between Monday and Friday, 09:00 - 18:00, allowing for a healthy work-life balance with weekends off.
