Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Lifecycle Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and customer satisfaction by developing and executing end-to-end customer lifecycle management strategies.
About the Role: As a Customer Lifecycle Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities to deliver value through our leading cloud technologies.
Daily Responsibilities: Your key tasks will include:
- Developing and implementing customer engagement strategies to drive sales and retention
- Leading sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in sales and account management or customer management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools
- A good understanding of computer handling skills
- A minimum of 1 year IT industry experience required
What We Offer: In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including performance bonuses, relocation package, discounts on gym and language courses, and paid training.
