Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Duetto. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for managing the interaction between all stakeholder groups, ensuring that customer expectations are met, and project success criteria are achieved.

Your primary focus will be on serving as the voice of the customer, conducting remote or onsite meetings, and providing personalized support to our clients. You will also analyze data to determine market trends and communicate relevant features and functionality to customers.

About the Role:
* Serve as the voice of the customer while conducting remote or onsite meetings
* Manage all post-sales activity for assigned accounts, including onboarding, training, and ongoing support
* Analyze data to determine market trends and communicate relevant features and functionality to customers
* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategic partnerships
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
