The Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will take inbound calls, emails, and live chats with customers, providing prompt, reliable, and accurate information while maintaining effective communication. The representative shall ensure call resolution in a timely manner, achieving high-quality support in every interaction.

The successful candidate will manage customer experience, educating and upselling on products and services, working in a team-oriented environment to achieve common goals.

Requirements
  • Speak Dutch at a native level and be fluent in English (B2)
  • Experience in customer care is a plus
  • Good understanding of computer handling skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with research capabilities
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, service-oriented, professional, and thorough
