Job Description: Customer Lifecycle Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Lifecycle Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for strategy and execution of end-to-end customer lifecycle management. Your primary goal will be to maintain and develop our loyal and happy customer base.
Your Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a strong first impression and setting the foundation for long-term relationships.
- Lead sales strategy, overcome objections, and negotiate success.
- Engage with small and medium businesses across industries to determine their needs and identify opportunities to fulfill them with our leading cloud technologies.
- Position competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences.
- Demonstrate verbally and in writing how customers can capture value and envision their future with Microsoft's technologies.
- Effectively turn prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through different criteria.
- Leverage various channels to effectively reach, sell to, and manage customers.
- Collect feedback from customers and articulate it back to the business.
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone who speaks and writes Norwegian at a native level, is fluent in English (B2), and has a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and account management or customer management. A minimum of 1 year of IT industry experience is required.

Salary: Based on your experience and qualifications, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-$120,000 per annum, plus benefits.
