Job Description
\We are seeking a talented Customer Lifecycle Manager to join our team. As the first point of contact for many customers, you will be responsible for delivering a strong first impression and setting the foundation for long-term customer relationships.
\You will lead the sales strategy, overcome objections, and negotiate success. Engaging with small and medium businesses across industries, company sizes, and types, you will determine their needs and identify opportunities to fulfill them with our leading cloud technologies.
\Position competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences. Demonstrate verbally and in writing how customers can capture value and envision their future with our technologies.
\Effectively turn prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through different criteria, such as budget, authority, need, and timeline.
\Leverage various environments to effectively reach, sell to, and manage customers. Collect feedback from customers and articulate it back to the business.
\Required Skills and Qualifications
\- \
- Native-level proficiency in Finnish and fluency in English (B2)\
- A minimum of 1 year experience in sales and account management or customer management\
- Minimum 1 year IT industry experience required\
- Good understanding and level of computer handling skills\
- Experience working with or selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions preferred\
- Microsoft Fundamentals certification on Azure/Modern Workplace/BizApps preferred\
- Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools\
- Strong communication and negotiation skills\
- Service-oriented, professional, and thorough\
\
Benefits
\We offer an estimated salary of $85,000 per year, along with performance bonuses, a relocation package, and discounts on gym and language courses.
\You will have 2-3 weeks of paid training and work shifts from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 18:00. This allows for a healthy work-life balance with weekends off.
