Alveus Gmbh is a fast-growing company with a brand that's constantly evolving and has ambitious plans for the future. To support the ongoing growth and success of our tea factory, we're looking for experienced professionals to join our team: Sales Development Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acting as a liaison between international B2B clients, accounting, sales, purchasing, production, and logistics departments.
  • Receiving and processing orders, handling returns and complaints, generating statistics and reports.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with work experience in sales and phone support. Proficiency in Office applications and Open ERP – CRM software is required. Fluency in both French and Spanish is necessary, while English knowledge is a plus.

  • A strong organizational skillset and ability to work in a team.
  • High degree of commitment and motivation.
