Blu Selection is seeking a skilled Sales Development Professional to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to accelerate your sales career and work in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage partner forecasting, investor pipelines, and ensure successful deal closures. Key responsibilities include:

  • Utilizing monitoring tools to track partner performance and results.
  • Managing investor pipelines, identifying potential prospects, and closing deals profitably.
  • Developing business sales, development, and margins for assigned partners in line with company strategy.
  • Gaining in-depth knowledge of the partner sector and competition.

As a Sales Development Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with partners to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Providing product and solution training to partner sales teams.
  • Enhancing partner satisfaction and accelerating product competency and qualification.
  • Educating partners on exclusive offers, activities, and services.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate with partners to increase sales through campaigns, incentives, and other approaches.
  • Identify and pursue large agreements with partners.

What We Offer

  • A full-time contract with 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • A competitive salary: €22,000 gross per year, plus up to €2,400 gross per year in bonus.
