Your Role

We're seeking a highly motivated individual to join our international sales team in Málaga. As Vacation Rental Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Executing sales strategies to find the right solution for vacation rental owners.
  • Generating sales through the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Tracking activities and meeting monthly targets.
  • Conducting business trips to focus regions and gathering valuable market insights.
  • Supporting the onboarding process of new team members and sharing knowledge with other sales teams.
  • Helping organize events to promote Holidu and build a community of vacation rental owners.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A high level of self-motivation and excellent communication skills to convince vacation rental homeowners.
  • A positive mindset towards new challenges and strong interpersonal relationships.
  • A solution-driven attitude and ability to work responsibly and organized.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in sales or account management, travel industry, or online business; near-native Spanish skills and fluent English.

Salary Information

Our estimated salary range for this position is approximately €45,000 - €55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
