Customer Lifecycle Representative

David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company to find a skilled Finnish-speaking Customer Lifecycle Manager for their Málaga office in Spain. We are seeking an experienced professional to excel in this role and drive sales growth.
Sales Excellence: This position offers the opportunity to work as the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and setting the foundation for long-term customer relationships. You will quarterback sales from lead to purchase, leading the sales strategy, overcoming objections, and negotiating success.
Cross-Industry Engagement: Engage with small and medium businesses across various industries to determine their needs and identify opportunities to fulfill them with cloud technologies. You will obsess over customers and prospects to deliver a world-class customer engagement experience.
Cloud Solutions: Secure customer wins for cloud solutions by maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers. Position competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences, demonstrating verbally and in writing how customers can capture value and envision their future with Microsoft technologies.
Performance Metrics: Effectively turn prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through different criteria. Meet and exceed targets for net-new revenue and sales pipeline; accurately forecast sales, pipeline, and usage for the products and solutions in scope.
Requirements: As a successful candidate, you should possess native or fluent Finnish language skills (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. Additionally, you should have 2-3+ years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles with a proven track record of success. Relevant industry experience, familiarity with modern sales techniques, and ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and presentations are also essential. Experience with cloud-based solutions or similar technologies is a plus.
Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary for this position is €45,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on experience. The remuneration package includes excellent benefits such as a dynamic and creative team environment, full paid training, career development program, and opportunities for a career abroad through the International Mobility Program.
