**Job Title:** Customer Lifecycle Business Manager

About Us: Our recruitment agency offers innovative services, connecting candidates and clients globally. We are partnering with a leading company in the Outsourcing/BPO sector to find a Swedish-speaking Customer Lifecycle Business Manager for their office in Málaga, Spain.

Job Summary: As a key contact point, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences, driving sales and relationships forward. Your role involves engaging with small and medium-sized businesses across various industries, identifying opportunities to meet their needs using cloud technologies (primarily Microsoft).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Be the primary point of contact, ensuring a strong first impression and setting the foundation for long-term customer relationships.
  • Sales Strategy: Lead the sales process from lead to purchase, overcoming objections and negotiating success.
  • Business Development: Engage with customers and prospects to identify opportunities and fulfill their needs with cloud technologies.
  • Upsell and Cross-sell: Maximize opportunities collaborating with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers.
  • Competitive Positioning: Position offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Accurately forecast sales, pipeline, and usage for products and solutions in scope.

Requirements:

  • Languages: Native or fluent in Swedish (C1 level) with strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Experience: 2-3+ years in sales or customer-facing roles with a proven track record of success.
  • Industry Knowledge: At least 1 year in a relevant industry with experience in account or customer management.
  • Skills: Familiarity with modern sales techniques, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and presentations.
  • Technological Skills: Experience with cloud-based solutions or similar technologies is a plus.
